Learning is a process/effort/activity carried out by the individual to obtain change in personality or behavior. The current learning process seems like teacher filling an empty glass, mother feeding her child food. theory of humanism arises with aim that learners can become responsible individuals, attentive their environment, and have emotional spiritual maturity. This article literature study uses qualitative descriptive methods tries examine its implications Arabic language learning. results showed be applied formulating clear objectives, working on active participation learners, encouraging think critically dare express opinions, how understand learner's way thinking give them opportunity. And implementation learning, students are expected individuals who good academic ability morals so future will reduce problems social deviations exist; able develop abilities both terms cognitive, affective, psychomotor as well being having maturity actualize themselves; more motivated acquire new skills, skills wider knowledge
